Jim Carlton
Divisional Managing Director
Jim Carlton joined Orbit in 1992 and has overseen the substantial growth of the business and the move to an online proposition. He is responsible for execution of Company strategy and remains actively involved in the procurement process. Jim's commitment to excellence and experience in the employee benefits sector ensure that Orbit will continue to be well-positioned to help UK employers take full advantage of the A-Day pension legislation from April 2006. Prior to joining Orbit, Jim developed a career in UK pensions, including seven years in sales and management with pension provider NPI and six years with IFAs Elliott Bayley and Johnson Fry plc.

Jennifer Yates
Divisional Director
Jennifer Yates joined Orbit in 2000 to establish and run the technology team. She has responsibility for the development and maintenance of Orbit's online benefits management system, including the A-Day pension calculator and Flexible Benefits options. Jennifer's track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget is especially appreciated by clients with each online implementation. In January 2004, Jennifer was promoted to Operations Director, taking on responsibility for all Orbit support functions.
Prior to joining Orbit, Jennifer worked in software development at E W Blanch and the Telegraph Group. Jennifer has a Computer Science degree from Brunel University.

Charlie Carrick
Divisional Director
Charlie Carrick joined Orbit in 1995 in sales and has been a key contributor to the expansion of the client bank. He holds special responsibility for procurement activity and retains close relationships with many of Orbit's larger accounts. With constant exposure to clients, Charlie feeds ideas and innovations into the development team to enhance Orbit's reputation for leading-edge technology in employee benefits. He presents Orbit solutions with passion and energy.
Before working with Orbit, Charlie spent seven years in sales and marketing roles with pension providers NPI and Britannia Life. He was also a co-founder of interactive digital agency tentendigital limited.
